The daily notification is not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's settings, then open the app once; it refreshes its schedule each time it wakes. The name arrives once a day at the hour you chose, quietly.

Managing or cancelling the subscription

Subscriptions are handled by your app store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, profile, Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling keeps premium until the end of the paid period.

Restoring a purchase on a new phone

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases while signed into the same store account that made the purchase.

Where is my data?

On your phone. Your birth name and birth date never leave your device; there is no account and nothing to log into. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
